5 Puppies later..

So Sunday My dad took Connor and Myself to the Races out at Miller motor sport park.

It was a BLAST. I have never been out there to watch any of the races but i was so glad i did. My dad and Connor were so excited to watch them we couldn't get there fast enough. Lol True story. They cars got so huge air and there was one that rolled right in front of us. Pretty crazy bit it was really cool to watch. It was neat to see how excited my Dad and Connor were the whole 2 hours i was there. The reason i was only there for 3 hours is cause....

MY BABY HAD BABIES!!!!!!

This is Mya her last night of being pregnant..

Huge right..

Her belly is touching the floor.

So because of how big Mya was the last 3 or so weeks she has been sleeping upstairs with my parents cause she cant walk down the stairs anymore. (I remember that feeling)

So anyways, Saturday night she couldn't sleep for crap, My dad had to keep getting her from out of the under the bed, ( 1 sign of labor, nesting) the next morning she was really attached to me and wouldn't leave my side not even for me to go to the bathroom ( 2 sign of labor, Staying close to you owner), She starting shacking like she was cold or something ( 3 sign of labor), and after that she didn't want anyone to touch her, ( 4 sign of labor). SO after that we thought okay she is going into labor so we got her bed ready, got blanket, water, cloths, just about everything so she knew that's where she was going to have the pups. We thought okay she is in labor and might have the puppies either tonight or tomorrow morning, you know how labor goes.. WELL we were wrong.

I left to go to the races at 12:00 and she had the first puppy at 1:50...

SOO glad my mom was there to help us..

My mom called me and said we are having puppies!! I freaked cause that's my baby and I'm not there with her. (Call me crazy) My mom told me just stay with your dad and son, and if i need you ill call you.. So ever 5 min i was call or texting my mom to make sure Mya was okay and make sure the pup was okay. At 2:30 my mom called and said Chelb you need to get home Mya wont listen to me. But this time she has already had a total of 3. So I left my dad and Connor to watch the rest of the races. I got home pretty fast. ;) When i got to the room where Mya was she like crawled to me and Cried... She was in pain and ready to have the 4th one. I was a baby and cried cause i knew i couldn't help her, other then being there and petting her. After i got there she was pretty clam. The next thing i knew she was pushing and here was a puppies little heading coming out. (TMI i know sorry.) It was neat to see a puppy being born. Crazy to see Mya clean off the baby. After the 4th one was born we thought she was done.. Cause the vet told us she was going to have 4.

We were wrong again.

The 5th one came out at 3:30 and with ease.. It was like she didn't even push really. I didn't think that she was going to have the many puppies but i looked at how big she was and i can now see how she could fit all them in she belly. Cause she was HUGE.

So we now have 3 little girls and 2 little boys. All perfectly healthy and getting bigger.. Mya is doing great and being such a good mommy! I cant get enough of them, they are so damn cute! I cant wait till they are older and i can cuddle and hold them.. :)

Connor is totally in love with them. Each morning the first thing he will say is Mommy can i see Mya puppies and make sure they are okay.. I caught him picking in the door just to look at them. It was so cute..

Also Diesel had to meet his nieces and nephews. He is like a daddy and wont leave the door. He is like Connor and will take a little look every now and then. So cute!!
