Over the weekend i thought it would be a good time to start working out on the lovely Wii fit. I got it last Christmas and that was the last time i was one it.. 426 days ago from what the Wii said, and i also have gained umm 4 pounds. Ugh So this is the start of working out everyday. I'm also keeping a food diary and count how many calories i eat a day. I'm hoping that in a month i can lose about 15 pounds.. High number i know but its a good start. It says that i need to lose 25 pounds to be at the weight i should be at. So looks like Golds Gym and the Wii are going to become my new best friends, or worst friends.. We will see.
With me just working out for two days I'm pretty sore. My legs hurt from running and steps , my abs hurt from doing the hula hoop, my arms hurt from doing push ups, I'm just sore all around. haha but you know it feel so good being sore, cause i know its working and it makes me feel great! So wish me luck everyone, cause i will need it! :D
