Park City 2010

So last weekend we went to park city with Logan's family, and it was a blast! we had so much fun, and it was nice to get away for a weekend. We went up Friday afternoon and pretty much did nothing that day, EXCEPT... I SLAMMED the car door on my finger!! OMG, it hurt SO DAMN BAD!!! lol So after that, we went swimming and came back and hung out at the condo. Saturday we got up and went shopping at the outlets and got some really good deals and tons of clothes for Connor. Later on that night we watched fireworks, we was so close that all the stuff would fall on us, and Connor got scared and sat with Logan's step dad, Scott the whole time, it was cute! Logan's brother, Chad and his girlfriend came up that night and stayed the rest of the time with us. Sunday we got up and went to go watch the parade but there was so many cars that we didn't make it in time, so we just turned around and came back to the room :( but we made up for it by for a drive. We went up to the Uintas and took this 4x4 trail to this waterfall, that was so worth it!! It was so pretty and cool, we stayed for awhile and took pictures and then started our way back. We got back and didn't have time eat, so we just snacked and then went and watched the fireworks. these fireworks were better i think then the ones on Saturday. So as we was sitting there these people had illegal fireworks and was lighting them off, and they was cool, and then one of then shot off and came right behind us and blew up in the people behind us, it was crazy! they didn't care and kept lighting them off, and then it happened again, and this one was bad, it did the same thing but to this little kid and then one of the things flew right past me and Connor and blew up, scared Connor to death!! he curled up in the blanket and didn't move for a while, poor baby :( Monday we packed up and left and went back to the outlets, did some shopping and then went up the Olympic Park, I had never been there, but Logan has and said it was neat, so we went and it was pretty cool, they have like this museum up and you walk through it and then you can watch people train and do the long jump into this great big pool, they also have zip lines and then also and alpine slide, the whole trip was a blast, i love going there and spending time with Logan and Connor and then being able to be with his family and be apart of it, thanks Barb and Scott for making the trip happen, we love you and thank so much, we had fun and sure hope you did too!!
