28 Week

What's up with Baby this week? 
28 Weeks.


Our little man is weighing in at 2.5 POUND...
and about 14.8 inches long.


You know how you’ve been feeling like a whale with legs? To state the obvious, that feeling isn't going anywhere until you finally get down to the hard work (aka labor) of evicting your womb-squatter. For the time being, your little genius is in the fat collection business! Despite being a bipedal whale, this fetal fat collection stuff is serious business, and you’ve got to put up with it because it’s going to keep your little porker warm and healthy after birth, since their brain will be unable to regulate their tiny baby-body's temperature.
 Other good stuff from inside the womb: your little explorer's eyes are doing lots of blinking this week because they’re now responding to light and dark! And in life-critical physical developments: your champ's tiny industrious bone marrow is now a major construction site for blood cells, while their super-cute adrenal glands are actually producing androgen and estrogen — which will stimulate your body to begin milk production. Say “Moo”!

Symptoms? I think i will always have back pain, heart burn and leg cramps.

Gender? Handsome little boy!

Excited For? Seeing my new doctor. We had to change doctor yet again cause of insurance. So i will finally get to meet my new doctor on the 9th. Then we will start going every two weeks to check up on baby. 

Maternity Clothes? OH YES. I think i would die without these.

Sleep? Its not like it use to be, thats for sure. It hurts to sleep in my sides, but then i cant sleep in my back. Im having to pee all the time, and try to hold it so i can sleep a little more. Heart burn is kicking my butt at night also so i try to sleep up right. Not very comfy..

Movement? Oh my gosh this little man LOVE to move. Its not so much kicks now as it is just rolling around in my belly. I will feel him at the top of my ribs and then all the way down to the hip bone. So i know he is trying to stretch out. Poor baby is all tangled up. But i love seeing him move. I can watch my belly for hours.!

Belly Button Status? Half way in and half way out. 

Missing Anything?
Sleep
Have a few drinks. Like Wine.
and Breathing. Awh i forgot what its like not losing your breath. haha

Milestones? 

Making it to 28 weeks.
12 Weeks to go. OR LESS.
Also making it to the 3 and final trimester!!!!!

Cravings? I have been really into sweets. Air Heads, M&M, anything really haha 

Weight Gain? 20 Pounds.. YUCKY...

Top 10 in 2013

2013 was such an amazing year! Its really hard to just pick my top 10 of the year but here we go... 

Not in any order...

1- Connor Mike played Baseball and Flag Football. This little guy is a natural when it comes to sports. He loves both of them and he cant wait to play again! Now we are counting down the days till we can sign him up again!!

2- My beautiful niece was born. And right from the start she stole my heart.

3- Connor finished up pre-school and started kindergarten!! He is such a smart little guy and is starting to read book now. I cant believe my little guy is old enough to read books to him mom! 

4- 

8-3-13 i married the man of my dreams!!! This day was the most amazing day of my life. It couldn't of went any better. I know on that day not only did my last name change but my whole world changed. It was so wonderful!!!!

5- On July 13th we found out that we were going to be bring a new addition to this family!! I don't think we have been more excited in our life. We found out that we were going to have an other little man. Now we just cant wait till March comes..

6- Got a tattoo with my best friends!!!!

7- Logan and i have been home owners for a year!!! It was a hard year but i wouldn't of had it any different.

8- It has been 2 wild and crazy years that my dad had gotten sick. It was a crazy few years but its amazing to still have my daddy with me in my life!!!! Love you daddy...

9- These wonderful gals gave me the best bridal shower a girl could ask for.

10- After several months of being in pain, i went in for my first surgery and got my gallbladder out..

2013 was really one of the best years of my life!!! I cannot wait to see what 2014 holds for me and my family!!!! Im excited.. :)

Christmas Day

My Christmas this year was amazing!! I got to wake up with the most important people in my life. 

Connor woke up about 8 and came to our room to wake us up. Logan and i were already awake just waiting for Connor. When we heard him we made sure it was like we were sleeping. He was so excited that he didnt want to wait for us. Once we finally got up we headed downstairs. Connor said mom Santa really did come... 

Connor and Logan got into their stocking and then Connor started opening gifts. We made sure that his big gift was the first one he opened. Connor started and right when he say the box that said PS3 he started freaking out.... He was so excited that i swear he was going to pee himself or something. haha Logan told Connor to open up the box. So thats just what Connor did. When he was opening it Logan was laughing his butt off cause he stuffed it with a blanket and socks. 

Connor opend it and i swear he said DAMN IT...... Dad its just stupid socks and a blanket..... hahahahahahahahah 

Little did Connor know that Santa set up the play station last night before he left. So Logan finally let Connor know that he really did get the play station 3. Connor jumped up and down and was screaming at the top of his lungs.!! It was so cute to see how excited he really was..

After Christmas morning we headed over to my mom for some breakfast and then headed down to Logan parents house for dinner. 

It was really hard to go and see everyone in one day and not feel like we were eating and leaving. I know everyone understood but i think next year the four of us will just hang out here at the house and let everyone come to us!! Its just so hard to see everyone. 

But over all our Christmas was pretty amazing!!! Connor said it was the best Christmas EVER and that he knew he was a good boy all year.... 

I cannot wait for next year.
