500 Post

Oh gosh it has taken me FOREVER to do my 500th post.

Well this post is going to be amazing. Haha. So August 9th was 9 years that my grandma has been gone. It was a really hard weekk for me. I know that my grandma is always watching over me and my family.

So each year around the time that she had passed, it always seems that she comes to me. When the week she had died passed i didnt think that she was going to come to me. So i just went on my days and just talked to her each night..

So Last Sunday night. August 19th, I was having a really hard night. I couldnt sleep, and Logan and i were fighting a little. So i was up all night long. I started to talk to my grandma and just let her know what was going on and if i was making the right choices. I talk to her all the time and i always feel that she is listening. So after i talked i went to bed. Woke up the next morning and started getting ready for work..

I was listening to Pandora. Kenny Chesney Song. Well in the MIDDLE of it. It stopped, for a good 20 secounds. I just thought my phone was freaking out. Well finally a song came on and it was My Wish by Rascal Flatts. Right when it came on i just knew it was my grandma. I felt like someone put their hand on my shoulder. I felt calm and i knew things would be fine. She was telling me something. It was the most amazing feeling in the world. I told my mom about this and she knew that it was my grandma also. But the crazy thing was that after this song, an other on came on and it was I was here By Lady Antebellum.

Just the name of the song made me believe that it was really my grandma. I knew that she was telling me something.


Well later that night we got a call....

OUR OFFER WAS APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe my grandma was telling me that something amazing was coming and that i was going to be okay with everything. I believe my was telling me how proud she was of me and that she was always watching over me.

It was an amazing feeling knowing that my beautiful grandma was there with me.

I have so much that i need to blog about.

Well the house is officially ours! Well i guess not officially but its really close. Our offer got accepted, and we are under contract.

Now the planning can start! There are a million and one things going thought my head. How do i want to paint the kitchen, or the bathrooms, the master bathroom and also Connors room. I think im really excited to have a room for just Connor. He has never had a room to himself. So i think he i really excited about that. Gosh i am to..

Pinterest has been the love of my life!! Im on that things ALLL the time. It has some of the cutest things ever. I just wish i would do stuff like that..

 Im so excited to start this chaper with Logan and Connor. Im scared but i know this is going to be wonderful. I cant wait till we get the keys and i can get started on making this house a home.

House Hunting

So Monday we got approved to get a house.. That night i was looking all over the place for cute little houses.

Well Thursday we headed out to look at all these houses that i had found. We looked at 5 houses and there were nice, but just not what i was wanting. At that time those houses were really the only ones that we could look at. We have a little budget. Anyways. There was one that kinda caught my eye broadway. It was a cute little family home. 4 bedroom 2bath, nice back yard, cute kitchen, it was just really cute. The only thing wrong with it was that it was on a busy road and that there was a lot of work that needed to be done on it. I don't mean a LOT but there was a few things that needed to be done before we even moved into it.

Well as i still wasn't happy with what we were looking at. I kept up with the house hunting online.

BAM

I found one and right then and there i fell in love with it. I didn't even need to go walk though it. There was just something about it that made me fall in love! Well Saturday we headed out to go walk though it. We also walked thought 3 more. Logan told me after we looked at MINE. He just knew that's the one that was going to be our. He said that my eyes just lit up. Well Logan fall in love with it also.. So Saturday night we talked about it and talk about it and talked more about it. I wanted to make sure this was something that we really was ready to do.  I mean 21 and owning a house. That's HUGE..

Well after talking. We knew this was our place. So Sunday we signed papers and put our offer in..

Watching Logan sign everything was huge for us. It was so unreal. So now we are waiting to see if our offer get approved. We are hoping that there are not other offers. I mean that house was put up Friday and we put on offer on it Sunday. So two days I'm hoping no one else fell in love with it like we did.

So PLEASE CROSS your Fingers for us. We are really wanting this house and cant wait to see if we get it..

I'm going crazy now cause we really don't have anything. Bedroom sets and thts pretty much it. HAHA

YES we are a little crazy i know..

Logan and I got approved to buy a HOUSE!!!

Yes you heard right. Logan and i are going to start looking for a cute little house to make into a HOME.. 

Oh boy I'm just so excited you don't even know. All day i have been looking and there is about 4 that i really want to go look at. 2 that's I'm in love with (Just from the pictures) But i cant wait to see where this takes us!!

Oh boy oh boy. I cant be more happier.
