Before i was a mom

I got this in my e-mails today, and i just fell in love with it!

Before I was a Mom, I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby. I didn't worry whether or not my plants were poisonous. I never thought about immunizations. Before I was a Mom, I had never been puked on. Pooped on. Chewed on. Peed on. I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts. I slept all night. Before I was a Mom, I never held down a screaming child so doctors could do tests. Or give shots. I never looked into teary eyes and cried. I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin. I never sat up late hours at night watching a baby sleep. Before I was a Mom, I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn't want to put her down. I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn't stop the hurt. I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much. I never knew that I could love someone so much. I never knew I would love being a Mom. Before I was a Mom, I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body.. I didn't know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby. I didn't know that bond between a mother and her child. I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important and happy. Before I was a Mom, I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay. I had never known the warmth, the joy, the love, the heartache, the wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom. I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much, before I was a Mom

I miss her

I haven't seen Jennie in 2 months, and for us that is a VERY long time. I miss her so much. Its hard knowing that i cant just drive up to her house and see her.. It kills me. I know that we have had or ups and downs, days where we hate eachother so much. But in the end we will always be best friends.

I miss the nights where she would sneak into my bedroom just so we could talk

So this weekend we went to Idaho for my Aunts 30 birthday. (sorry no picture of the party)

But Connor FELL IN LOVE with my cousin little bike. We spent about an hour pushing him around the block. He was so cute! Cant believe how fast he is growing up.

I'm really excited about going. Both Logan and i are going to start going tomorrow. Ive been waiting this FOREVER and what a better way then winning it! Yahoo for me

time with the little man...

So yesterday I watched Connor while Chelby and her sister and her mom went to Salt Lake. We had tons of fun! First we went to walmart to put tires on Chelby's car and while we was waiting, we went to La Puente and had lunch and he did so good, he ate tons of chips and a lot of fries, he LOVES his fries! After that, we went and go her car and went home, and Connor fell asleep watching Nemo. I woke him up and we went to the park and he loves the park, I think my favorite thing to do with Connor is take him to the park, I don't know what it is, but just the look on his is priceless, I LOVE IT!! So it started to get cold so he left and went back to walmart to buy some oil for Chelby's car and after we got home, he stayed outside with me the whole, to help change oil, he is so freaking cute! So after we got all dirty, we took a shower and then went and laid down and watched cars, i made us some popcorn and he sure did love that popcorn, because I was scared to reach in and grab a hand full haha! Well buddy, I had a blast, and I sure hope you did, I love the time we spend as a family, but I also enjoy the time me and you spend my our self, I love you Connor!!

CONNOR

On December 17, 2007 my 7 pounds 12 oz and 21 in, sweet baby boy was born and that day was the start of the rest of my life

I was only sixteen when i had him, and i was left to raise alone, but it has made me the women i am today. He has really change my life for the better! Im so blessed to have this sweet baby in my life, some days are harder then others, but i wouldn't change it for the world. He is my pride and joy and the reason i do everything i do.He has the cutest personality and a smile that will melt you heart. He is a happy boy all the time and absolutely crazy, he will run

you out of energy so fast. But i love that.

I love the days when i get home from work and my little man is waiting at the door for me. the first thing he does is run to me and says HI mommy. I love when he just tells me i love you mommy or i missed you mommy. He can make my worst day the best in just a matter of seconds. I never knew how much you really could love someone tell the day he was born. He is the reason for living. When i look at my little man i think to myself "How did i get SO lucky

to have him as my son?" But really im the luckiest person to have Connor as my son.

Connor Mommy loves you so much more then words can express! Your the light of my life, my world, the reason to live, and my monkey man. Never forget that!
